I requested the manager ( Not handing the case properly, I told her this very big issue in my family and we are going to attend wedding and meet my father 89 year old and my mother in Law 80 yrs old, and we have all the jewelry and other important documents in the box and we are planning to go 27th of December 2017.) Whenever I contacted the bank I was told we checked and there is no box issued to you. I contacted my PNC branch in 1st week of Dec, 2017 for my Safe deposit box and I was told there is no box issued under this account.
