They have separate areas for kids under a certain age (about 30 months, I believe), with dedicated staff for both the older and younger kids areas. There were copies of the menu, with pictures, for the parents to review, and the prices were reasonable to a bit lower than I expected. Anything they spend is recorded and added to your bill when you pick up. You specify how much each kid can spend, as well as any items they can't have, when you do the drop-off. No outside food or beverages are allowed, but they have a snack bar/concession stand type area the kids can get food from.
We preregistered online, which saved time when we arrived. We dropped our three kids (8.5, 5.5, and 2.75) off here to play while we went to a wedding 5 miles down the road, due to our babysitter falling through due to medical issues of her own.
